An added value to the call handling by our Service Center team, is the execution of Service Requests. These requests are predefined procedures that can be carried out by theBlueLink team. The requests can be generic or customer-defined procedures. Together with our Customers we define which requests are needed and are granted for execution.
For every defined Service Request separate Service Levels will be offered or agreed upon. Service levels relate to reaction time and processing time needed by the team to complete the request. All Service Levels are defined per Service Request because of a possible difference in complexity and execution time.
